WHAT STUDY PROCEDURES WILL BE FOLLOWED:
Participant Requirements for Dr. Darrow's Study
✓ Participants will complete the Abbreviated Profile of Hearing Aid Benefit (APHAB) prior to treatment and at the completion of the study (~30 days).
✓ Participants will be provided a Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation; including a Speech Understanding in Noise Test, Tinnitus Assessment, and Cognitive Screening.
✓ Participants will be counseled on hearing loss and expectations of treatment program during the study and after.
✓ Participants will complete a total of 3 visits to the participating hearing health care provider during the 30-45 day study window.
*Participants Who Continue with this Treatment Technology Post-Study will be Entitled to a $350 Rebate as a 'Thank You'
